Weekly Rental Rates

• Peak -£420

• Standard -£310

• Off Peak -£220

Short Breaks

• Peak -£220

• Standard -£170

• Off Peak -£120

These prices include linen.  If you prefer to bring your own linen (duvet and pillows are provided) then please deduct £30 from the price above.

Peak times include School Holidays, July, August, Christmas, New Year and Hallowe'en.

Off Peak times include January February, March, November, December (Excludes Christmas, New Year and School Holidays)

A £50 Booking Fee is payable to secure your cottage stay.

A Housekeeping Bond of £50 is payable prior to the holiday, this is fully returnable provided that the property is left clean and tidy and no damage is incurred.

Towels can be provided at £10 extra.

Cot with mattress available, please supply your own linen.

Shorter breaks are available on request, please contact us for availability and price. (Sorry we are unable to supply linen for one or two night breaks).
